If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right to not issue a refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Proof Of Purchase<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To complete your refund we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase, i.e bank statement. Please note that without the afore mentioned proof of purchase we will not issue a refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Online Purchases<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Returns can be mailed to: KS Kiln Saddlery Ltd, Layer Road, Colchester, Essex CO2 0HT<\/p>\n<p>The buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs for items they wish to return. KS Kiln Saddlery will not refund the shipping costs.<\/p>\n<p>You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged in transit.
